A CEPHI diamond begins as a few grams of hair or fur, given as the first act of
making something out of devotion. We isolate its elemental carbon and crystallise
it under the same pressures that form diamonds in the deep mantle. The stone that
returns holds the same atoms it began with — certified, faceted and set by hand.
Given in life. Worn in life.
Commissioned for engagements, marriages and the founding of a family line.
The carbon signatures of two people — or of several generations — are fused
within a single diamond. One stone; separate histories, permanently entwined
at the atomic level.
Commissioned to honour the animals at your side. Elemental carbon is isolated
from a small quantity of your companion’s fur or feathers — collected during
routine grooming, from a living, healthy coat — and grown into an enduring stone.
Reference forms and private details. Every commission is drawn bespoke —
these plates open the conversation, and the quietest details are known only
to the wearer.

The Engraved Sequence

A commission moves through five controlled states — from a routine appointment
with your own stylist or groomer, to a finished stone under independent grading.
01
Commission
A private consultation defines the stone. Your sealed Repository Capsule follows by insured courier, registered under its own alphanumeric sequence.
02
Harvest
At a routine appointment, your trusted stylist, barber or master groomer sets aside 5.0 g of clean, dry clippings — a lightly compressed tennis ball — and seals the capsule. No root or follicle required.
03
Registration
The sealed capsule returns to the Maison. Your sample is assigned its alphanumeric sequence and its Certificate of Biological Origin is opened.
04
Crystallisation
Purified carbon meets the seed crystal under mantle-grade heat and pressure. The seeding moment is filmed for your private archive.
05
Artistry
The rough is hand-faceted, polished and set by master jewellers, then delivered with certificate and video archive.
From the moment your capsule is sealed, an unbroken, independently documented custody record follows your material into the laboratory and out again as a stone.
Video archive
Every matrix creation is filmed. You receive a private, high-definition cinematic record of the precise moment your carbon signature initiates growth within the seed crystal.
Certificate of Biological Origin
The film corresponds to an alphanumeric sequence engraved on a physical certificate — the legal document binding your stone to your sample.
Beyond the lines
Beyond the biological lines, the atelier accepts custom commissions for
laboratory-grown diamonds, coloured gemstones and fine cultured pearls —
upon inquiry.
Pricing is disclosed by enquiry only, defined by carat ambition, colour and setting.

We grow diamonds from the carbon of living hair and fur — atoms gathered from a
bond while it thrives, cut by hand in the old way. A CEPHI stone is not
commissioned to remember anything. It is worn alongside the life it came from.
